Greetings Dear Friends!
Even before the Earth was created, Our God, the mighty Creator of all things, knew that at the right time, He would conquer the evil forces that would immediately go to work to challenge His authority and sovereignty. He prophesied through Moses and the prophets every divine event, warned them of every consequence that would occur and laid out His ultimate culminating solution to completely win over His Creation back unto Himself. As part of the plan, this all-powerful God lowered Himself to dwell among us.
It’s truly a God of love that manifests to His people, whether in the form of a burning bush, lightning, earthquakes and thunder, a cloud by day, a fire by night, a form of an angel or a rock in the desert. But the most beautiful and unfathomable manifestation was without a doubt, when He came in the form of the Son of Man, taking on our sorrows and taking the punishment of sin for us.
In the picture of God cutting covenant with Abraham, even standing in on behalf of Abraham, we see Yeshua standing in for all who desire to cut a covenant with Him. The Bible is full of these beautiful pictures, prophecies and depictions of God’s plan. He came down to our level. He speaks to us by His divine Spirit. What manner of love is this?
Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! Therefore, the world does not know us because it did not know Him. Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is (1 John 1,2 NKJV).
As seekers of His Word and Revelation, let us relish in this immeasurable love. Heaven has come to Earth. God has taken residence in us! Selah!
