Kristen Barkley is the Co-Founder and President of MarpeWellness.com.
A happily married mother of four beautiful children, Joshua, Ashtyn, Everett, and Brooks, like many other moms, Kristen always hoped to maintain a balanced perspective regarding the health of her family. In June 2007, when her infant son came down with a rare medical syndrome that led to a serious heart condition, she and her husband, John Paul, sought out Dr. Brown and his expertise. After six months of treatment along with a lot of prayer, Joshua was miraculously given a clean bill of health, and the whole family began to see Dr. Brown regularly.
It wasn’t long before it became clear to Kristen that many people, especially other mothers, could benefit from all Dr. Brown had to offer. It was his unique dietary guidelines plus his comprehensive treatment style of combining natural therapies that gave her the business idea for Marpé.

Kristen Barkley has a BBA in Business Marketing from the University of Houston and has completed extensive undergrad coursework in the field of Nutrition. She is excited to be putting her education to use in an industry she is passionate about—and where she can help others live a healthier and happier life.
