Victoria Sarvadi: “Warm greetings in the name of Yeshua HaMashiach, I would like to invite you to join me on December 24th the first night of Hanukkah for an 8 part series of videos that will be explaining the meaning and the whole understanding of what Hanukkah is all about. You might be asking, maybe you’re a Christian, why should I celebrate Hanukkah? We remember David and Goliath and we remember the walls of Jericho coming down but the great miracle of Hanukkah is something that is so spectacular that it actually caused a revival among the Jewish people and caused them to look forward to the Messiah that was to come. It happened 200 years before Jesus ever said that he was the light of the world.
Hanukkah is a story, it’s a commemoration, it’s a memorialization of two miracles that happened. Whenever the Greek army came against the Jewish people and God miraculously came through, and then it’s about a cruse of oil that lasted for 8 days in the Menorah. Right here is a Hanukiah, it is a Menorah but it’s a special Menorah that has 9 branches on it and we are going to be discussing every night what these branches are all about. I’ll be giving you special insight about what Hanukkah is and you’ll be able to understand why it’s important to remember this great wonderful season and what it means to be a believer in the Lord Yeshua.
